Writer's Guidelines

If you'd like to write an article for Images, please contact us at info@imagesjournal.com and give us a short description of your topic.

Images considers any primarily visual medium as material for articles. We're interested in articles about movie directors and genres, comic book artists and publishers, television series and stars, and any other form of popular culture that primarily uses visual means of communication.

On the same principal, we also insist that all articles use strong images and examples to communicate their points. We're not interested in esoteric philosophical musings. We want to see concrete examples of every point you make. We want the articles to be filled with concrete examples from movies (or TV shows or comic books or etc.). The surest way to have an article turned down is to write a collection of generalizations.

If you have a finished article that you would like to submit for review, you can send it either by snail mail or e-mail.
