MGM/UA has announced the release of three Roger Corman movies on DVD: The Pit and the Pendulum, Fall of the House of Usher, and X: The Man With X-Ray Eyes. All three of these DVDs will include audio commentary with director Roger Corman. And all three movies are presented in widescreen editions that have been enhanced for 16x9 televisions.

The Pit and the Pendulum will include the original theatrical prologue. The movie stars Vincent Price, Barbara Steele, Luana Anders, John Kerr, Antony Carbone, and Patrick Westwood. Fall of the House of Usher stars Vincent Price, Mark Damon, Myrna Fahey, and Harry Ellerbe. X: The Man With X-Ray Eyes stars Ray Milland as a doctor who discovers a serum with astounding results. He can see through walls, clothes--even flesh!

Release date for all three DVDs: June 5, 2001.
